02 / GOOD QUESTIONS

A few things you
might be wondering.

Do we need to know exactly what's wrong before reaching out?

Not at all. Sometimes the starting point is a clear problem; sometimes it's simply that the business feels harder to run than it should. Identifying the underlying issues, whether known or unknown, is part of the work.

Does every engagement involve AI?

No. We recommend AI when it makes operational and financial sense. A redesigned process, clearer accountability, or better use of an existing system may create more value than another tool.

Will we have to replace our current software?

Usually, the first step is understanding what you already have. We look for ways to improve workflows and make better use of existing tools before recommending new platforms or integrations.

Can you help with implementation, not just strategy?

Yes. The focus is on moving from assessment and strategy into practical implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement. The specific level of hands-on support is defined with each engagement.

How do you approach AI privacy and risk?

We evaluate data sensitivity, access, human review, and operational requirements before proposing a solution. Appropriate controls and tool choices depend on your business and are part of scoping.
